Sets and implements guidelines for rehabilitation programs such a physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to top management.

May require an advanced degree and professional certification At least 7 years of direct experience in the field Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Compliance Officer will maintain an ongoing oversight of Medicare Advantage Health Plan compliance. The Compliance Officer defines compliance risks and develops mitigation plans to remain compliant with regulatory requirements. The Compliance Officer works closely with the company leaders within the functional areas of the Plan. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, operating, and monitoring the Compliance Program in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulatory requirements, including CMS guidelines governing the administration and marketing of Medicare Advantage plans and overseeing the QHPNY Compliance Committee.
