Experienced Director of Rehab will perform a variety of tasks. Directs the programs and staff of the rehabilitation services department. Sets and implements guidelines for rehabilitation programs such a physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to top management.
May require an advanced degree and professional certification At least 7 years of direct experience in the field Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
