Compliance Officer will maintain an ongoing oversight of Medicare Advantage Health Plan compliance. The Compliance Officer defines compliance risks and develops mitigation plans to remain compliant with regulatory requirements. The Compliance Officer works closely with the company leaders within the functional areas of the Plan. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, operating, and monitoring the Compliance Program in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulatory requirements, including CMS guidelines governing the administration and marketing of Medicare Advantage plans and overseeing the QHPNY Compliance Committee.
