Responsible for managing general accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results. Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage General Ledger staff. Coordinate monthly closing and production of financial statements to guarantee timely reporting. Produce monthly store Profit and Loss Statements. Manage monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet general ledger accounts. Compose Borrowing Base Certificate and Bank Covenant compliance schedules. Maintain Note Receivables for all employee and Dealer loans. Maintain Census Bureau Report. Assist in annual audit and preparation of year-end audit schedules.
